Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India. We aim to reach remote areas progressively.

Shipping Times

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad): 2-3 business days
  • Major Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5-7 business days

Shipping Cost

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹500
  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹500
  • Express Shipping: ₹150 (Next day delivery in metro areas)
Note: All orders are carefully packaged with organic materials to maintain freshness during transit.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can track your package in real-time using the tracking number provided.

Returns & Exchange

30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with any product, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required
  • Product should not be expired or damaged due to mishandling

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at returns@valuegrains.com with your order number
  • Provide details of the issue or reason for return
  • We'll provide a return shipping label
  • Ship the product back to us with the label
  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
Pro Tip: We may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund if you prefer a different product.

Exceptions to Returns

  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Products damaged during delivery (covered by insurance - contact us)
  • Perishable items if opened/consumed

Damaged or Missing Items

What to Do

  • Inspect your package immediately upon delivery
  • If damaged or items are missing, take photos of the packaging and contents
  • Contact us within 24 hours at support@valuegrains.com
  • Provide order number and photos of damage
